Pantoja Bakeshop’s Yema Log
(0)It’s one of those snacks you get obsessed over. My typical bakeshop fare would consist of cinnamon buns, polvoron, cupcakes, pan de sal, and cookies. I rarely break out of that circuit. But once my colleagues and I tried Yema Log, it became a favorite add-on to my pansit or cordon bleu at Pantoja.
Pantoja Bakeshop’s Yema Log (Php 17.00)
It’s basically this small moist cake rolled up and topped with a layer of yema (dried milk and butter) with shredded cheese on top. What makes it delicious is that it’s not too sweet which enables you to have two or three of them in a row!
I hope through this blog I’ll be able to try out new items in those little bakeshops.

Welcome to It’s My Treat!
(1)After seven years of personal blogging I have decided to finally branch out and join a niche that challenges me. People love food (and travel) so this is going to be my way of sharing my food and travel encounters.
Like in all meals, there’s always an appetizer to get things started!
Best Ever Popcorn Shrimp (Php 230.00) - Bubba Gump Shrimp & Co.
It was the crispy shrimp and the dip that made this worth a try. But having popcorn before a rice meal was awkward so I would recommend you try the calamares instead.
